This site was created to educate people about some of the techniques that the serious stock market managers are using every day to make money for their clients.

I’m a software programmer analyst for a rather large investment company where I’ve been learning a lot about how real portfolio managers manage millions and billions of dollars every day.

I have a passion for the stock market and what is possible with the power of an ordinary desktop computer.  My experience has taught me that the possibilities are truly limitless when it comes to merging the two. We are really only at the early stages of what is possible.

This blog will explore what is possible with quantitative stock analysis on a scale handleable by ordinary home PCs and how it can impact the trading practices of regular people with any amount of money to invest.
